DC Impact Capital, LLC (DC Impact) is a Real Estate Developer, Investor, Principal, and Advisor based in Washington DC whose focus is in the area of Affordable, Workforce  and Senior Housing. 

DC Impact has a goal of assisting 1,000 DC families find Affordable and Workforce Housing by 2025.

By addressing a shortage affordable housing in densely populated, diverse communities near employment centers and transit throughout the National Capitol Region. By 2025, DC Impact will have preserved naturally occurring affordable workforce housing that serves thousands of low- to moderate-income households. DC Impact will use key performance metrics based on historical data to measure tangible social, environmental, and financial outcomes.

  DC Impact takes a multi-disciplinary investment approach to underserved urban communities where large disparities exist between supply and demand for workforce housing. DC Impact Capital pursues compelling opportunities in the markets where the traditional investor has been the government, high-net worth investors, or philanthropists.
